Moonstone & Black Welo Opal Mystic Earrings. 

The Moonstones are a little rugged and organic looking. They’re faceted nuggets and flash blue in different lights. The Opals are also faceted and flash blue and green, with an occasional bright red, as the light hits them. 

This design has a large Moonstone nugget swinging from a short 14k Gold Filled chain below a short stack of Black Welo Opals and a Moonstone, and hangs from a 3mm Gold Filled Post & Butterfly ear fastening

♡︎ Ethiopian Welo Opals absorb water so please don’t wear your Opal jewelry in the shower, swimming etc. If they do get wet, dry them out in a warm, sunny spot and keep them away from moisture sources.

♡︎ Gold-filled is a US term for jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some base metal.

The layer of gold on gold-filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than that produced by regular gold plating, and 15 to 25 times thicker than that produced by gold electroplate.

All metal used in my jewelry, unless otherwise stated,  is 14k Gold Filled, including chains, wire, clasps etc.
