A fabulous antique Edwardian Suffragette bangle featuring a front gallery adorned with Amethysts, Diamonds and a 0.12ct Peridot all displayed in star shaped settings. Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White colours which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes! The piece is all 9ct Yellow Gold and complete with hallmarks and a safety chain at the clasp. The bangle sits comfortably around the wrist and is beautifully crafted.
